Carrier Services Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Handling incoming calls from carriers and customers regarding compliance issues, such as documentation requirements, safety regulations, and delivery procedures.
Conducting outbound calls to verify shipment details, resolve compliance discrepancies, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of compliance-related activities.
Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and compliance, to address customer and carrier inquiries in a timely manner. Identifying trends or recurring issues and recommending process improvements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
Carrier Services Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with Microsoft Suites such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Experience in an office setting is required working with multiline phones and computers.
Training schedule is 6am-3pm, regular schedule6am-3pm, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
