CNC Process Engineer Details :
Direct Hire position
60, to $80, / annually
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Designing and developing manufacturing processes for new products or improving existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
Analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize these processes.
Creating and maintaining documentation related to manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and quality control documentation.
Identifying and addressing production issues, equipment malfunctions, or other challenges that could disrupt the manufacturing process.
Collecting and analyzing data from production processes to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Using data to make informed decisions about process modifications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production workers, supply chain professionals, and management, to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.
Training production staff on new processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Managing projects related to process improvement, new product introduction, or facility upgrades.
Collaborating on the transition of new products from prototype to full-scale production, ensuring that the processes are scalable and sustainable.
CNC Process Engineer Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Technician
