Customer Support Details :
Temporary position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
Play a critical role in managing customer interactions and order processes, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry through delivery.
Handle the entire order lifecycle using ERP and CRM systems
Process EDI transactions, and oversee end-to-end fulfillment
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiriesCollaborate closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to provide real-time updates, resolve issues, and ensure orders align with inventory and customer specifications.
Customer Support Qualifications :
Experience in order processing, fulfillment, and EDI transactions, preferably using ERP and CRM systems.
Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing and effectively communicating order timelines.
Customer service expertise with excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and manage resolutions.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and accounting.
