Data Entry Clerk Details :
Temporary position
hour
Part Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 03 : 00pm to 08 : 00pm)
Assist with translating from Spanish to English and vice versa.
Greet and assist clients with scheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, or other concerns.
Answer phone calls, forward calls, and take messages
Shadow accountant / bookkeeper
Assist with data entry and filing / sorting
Other duties as assigned
Data Entry Clerk Qualifications :
Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of office equipment a plus and preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Entry level accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus and preferred
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, carry up to 25lbs when needed, kneel, squat, reach, push, and reach throughout the shift.
Must be available in the mid-mornings for training.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
