Deburr Technician Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)

    • The Deburring Technician is responsible for tapping holes, performing assembly operations, and removing sharp edges, raised metal and surface imperfections generated from various machining operations on a variety of materials to achieve surface finish utilizing various hand tools such as pneumatic die grinders, files and other related equipment.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate all deburring equipment required in the performance of the position.
  • Knowledge of deburring media and the selection of the proper type as defined by the work instructions.
  • Ability to perform hand drilling and drill press operations.
  • Utilize measuring equipment such as height gage, micrometers, calipers, radius and thread gages.
  • Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, or product specifications.

    • Deburr Technician Qualifications :

    Job Requirements :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Up to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
