Distributing and managing projects to the other electrical techs (currently 9)Troubleshooting product wiring, components and PCB’s. Performing final system calibration and test Training other techs on soldering, crimping, harness fabrication. Teaching / explaining to other techs drawings and schematics for the products they are working on.
