Part-time Employment Specialist needed in Hillsdale for a nonprofit organization. Starting pay is $ per hour, working approximately 20 hours per week. The position is temp-to-direct.

Employment Specialist Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Part Time work available
First Shift (12 : 00pm to 05 : 00pm)
Hours : Working 20 hours per week between 12pm-5pm.
520-hour trial hire.
Will be assisting job seekers with disabilities to overcome barriers to employment and become successfully employed.
Will be working with jobseekers to develop resume writing, networking, and interviewing skills.
Will be making employer contacts for the purpose of developing job opportunities on behalf of the job seeker.
Facilitate workplace accommodations, training, support, and integration for job seekers at the workplace.
Employment Specialist Qualifications :
Previous clerical and / or sales experience is required.
Strong communication skills.
High school diploma and / or GED required.
Proficient in MS Office.
Valid drivers license required.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
