Machine Operator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position24.93 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts availableConducts routine and non-routine phases of the manufacture of electrical submersible petroleum pump cable and / or rubber molded products.Qualified to set up and operate specific work center, work center equipment and / or tasks under normal supervisionMonitors assigned equipment and performs adjustments as neededCommunicates effectively to all levels of the organizationAttention to detail in documentation and process tasksUnderstand safe work practices and apply them accordinglyRecords necessary data and as well as performs computer input and retrieval completely and accuratelyMachine Operator Qualifications :
Ability to lift 10 – 50 lbs. as neededAbility to use measuring instruments and understand specificationsDecision making skills on product quality based on specifications and visual observationsAbility and willingness to work all 3 shifts, rotate shifts and work overtimeAbility to stand for long periods of timeWear PPE, as required, and observe health, safety, and environmental policiesExperience : 1 – 3 Years mechanical and / or manufacturing experienceForklift operating experience preferredEducation : High School Diploma or EquivalentApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
