Experienced Service Manager! Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
Lead & manage service teams (both in-house & external) for equipment installation & servicing
Deliver exceptional customer support, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct on-site service calls when needed
Analyze warranty trends & collaborate with the team for long-term solutions
Assist in product updates & new developments
Maintain reports & provide key insights to management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks is a plus!)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Applicant may be subject to a background check
