Field Sales Representative

We have roles open in :

  • Orlando, Tampa, Plant City, Lakeland and Fort Meyers.

52K Commission 2% of Sales anything over $1k

    • Field Sales Representative Details :

  • Direct Hire position
  • 52, / annually
  • Salaried
  • Visit established customers regularly to maintain relationships and drive sales.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in grocery chains, local food marts, convenience stores, and independent retailers.
  • Promote and sell high-demand grocery products, making it easier to close new accounts.
  • Work remotely and travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Utilize provided training and support to become familiar with daily sales tasks and product offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance, track orders, and report progress to management.
  • Independently manage sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

    • Field Sales Representative Qualifications :

  • Experience in field sales, retail sales, or grocery / food distribution is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory. - Reliable transportation is required.
