Green Chain Puller Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05 : 30am to 04 : 00pm)
Pull and sort all lumber production on Green Chain, Sort Chain or Clear Chain.
Make sure all lumber is pulled into its designated load; according to size, length, and grade. All units need stacked to the correct height and width.
Make sure stickers are properly located.
Make sure the resaw and trim is properly stacked into stable units. Trim unit will need to be banded.
Work with other pullers as a team to ensure a safe and efficient production flow.
Help ensure that all employees maintain a safe working environment and safe working habits.
Know and utilize all lock-out / tag-out procedures associated with your job duties.
When time allows, carry stickers, straighten loads, band units for forklift and clean up.
Green Chain Puller Qualifications :
Green chain experience in lumber mill is required.
Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
Good attendance is a must!
Applicant may be subject to a background check
