Inside Sales & Customer Service Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
The Inside Sales and Customer Service position is a critical function of the wellbeing, growth and longevity of the client. To that end, it requires the capabilities of a seasoned professional with the ability to self-manage and work on multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.
KEY DUTIES
- Receive website, email and phone inquiries and orders from current customers and potential customers
- Develop and maintain a CRM database with comprehensive metrics, including contacts, products, historic data and future purchase forecasts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry leaders
- Update and maintain current pricing on the Company website
- Prepare weekly sales reports with orders placed, orders in production and orders shipped
- Outreach to current and potential customers to keep them abreast of order status and availability of products.
- Respond to all customers inquiries, questions, RFQs promptly.
Inside Sales & Customer Service Qualifications:
- 2 years practical industry experience in a corporate environment in a sales, marketing or business development capacity.
- Must be proficient MS Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Excel, formulas, graphs and analysis tools.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
