Inside Sales Details :
Direct Hire position
45, / annually
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to potential customers
Negotiating terms and prices
Gather feedback from customers in order to enhance future opportunities
Provide technical sales support to customers
Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities
Assist in business development initiatives
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and address customer requests
Inside Sales Qualifications :
Prior experience in sales supporting a heavy manufacturing, machining, or fabrication organization (preferred)
Strong background in technical sales or technology sales (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers and peers
Proficiency in warm calling techniques
Demonstrated skills in outbound calling
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of business development strategies
Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify
Applicant may be subject to a background check
