Legal Analyst Details :
Contract to Hire position

First Shift
The candidate must have significant prior experience either in-house and / or at a law firm and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The following are the main job responsibilities :
Licensing agreements, drafting, and negotiations.
Various regional and department project support
Client, communication / coordination
Legal Analyst Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program, or JD, are desirable
Corporate law experience preferred
Ability to work independently and pro-actively day to day with minimal supervision
Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations
Project management experience desired
Time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are essential
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to understand and work with different computer databases and support e-discovery
