Machine Operator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04 : 00pm to 04 : 30am)
Responsible for the efficient and correct preparation and documentation of the batch formulas.
Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle, etc.
Follow recipes to produce food products according to quality standards.
Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes.
Mix or blend ingredients, according to recipes.
Relieves personnel in rotational format for breaks and lunch.
Machine Operator Qualifications :
Minimum one-year related experience in food production
Machine operator experience
Followed recipes and used mixing equipment
Familiar with food safety practices
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
