Maintenance Tech Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Duties :
Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times
Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work
Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication
Wire moderately complex control circuits
Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, MOS(manufacturing operations system) functions, equipment set-up and center-lining
Drive or assist in fabrication, repairs, and install projects as necessary
Ability to quickly learn other functions pertaining to the job
Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment
Complete equipment changeovers and troubleshoot
Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical and control failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision
Generate safety, productivity and continuous improvement ideas
Maintenance Tech Qualifications :
Must be available to work occasional weekends
Previous industrial maintenance experience is required
Must have mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical experience for all repairs
This is NOT a janitorial maintenance position
Resume is required
