Manual Machinist Details :
Direct Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Create a duplicate part from an already existing piece manually without any wear or flaw present in the original
Operate and use lathe, drill press, micrometer, and grinding machines as required
Follow blueprints to create the appropriate tools and components
Other duties as assigned
Manual Machinist Qualifications :
Machinist vocational certificate or completed industry apprenticeship required and needed
Knowledge of geometry, fractions, decimals, and general mathematics highly preferred
Able to measure in thousands of an inch
Must be able to stand for long periods of times, lift up to 75lbs. throughout the shift, push, pull, and carry.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
