General Purpose :
Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions :
- Assists with worksite evaluations to find safe ways to approve difficult WSE requests. If that isn't possible, the Coordinator will forward that WSE to the Director.
- Supports the team when members take personal time off across time zones.
- Assists with the annual review and update of the Elwood Staffing Injury and Illness Prevention Plan, programs, bulletins, and Safety SOPs.
- Reviews the Federal Register and provides updates on changes (proposed or final) to OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards and related information.
- Researches and provides updates on OSHA State plan requirements and changes.
- Assists with organizing and maintaining safety documents on the R : Drive.

Survey reportsAccident investigation reportsOSHA citation lettersAssists with drafting safety training to submit to Marketing.Reviews loss reports to :Help identify injury trends.
Develop safety action plans that address branch needs, such as elevated Incidence Rates and negative injury trends.Helps prepare loss reports for Branch Managers, RADs, and Leadership.Work effectively in a team environment.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Answers requests for information promptly via email, Teams, Deskpro, telephone, and in person.Work with multiple software and computer programs.Ability to review worksite evaluations promptly and according to company policy to confirm the potential business is not transferring risk to Elwood.Ability to apply risk requirements and OSHA standards to requested potential client worksite evaluations.Understand OSHA General Industry Part 1910 and Construction Part 1926Complete other duties as assigned by the Director in a timely and accurate manner.Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.Communicate effectively with all aspects of the company personnel and outside contact.Additional Duties :
Advises the Director of branch problems.Participates in scheduled Team meetings.Participates in the western region's Safety Improvement Team (SIT) meetings.Increases professional knowledge by attending OSHA-based safety training.May be required to travel up to twenty percent of the time.Desired Skills & Experience :
Basic understanding of safety and Federal OSHA regulations.Knowledge of NCCI's Experience Modification Rating program is helpful.Understanding Federal Department of Transportation regulations is helpful.Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of management, branch representatives, and clients.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A valid driver's license is required for this role to drive to branches and client locations within the assigned service area.Participate in education opportunities as identified as a group and individual.What Elwood Staffing can offer you :
