Patient Financial Representative Details :
Temp-to-Hire positionhourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment resolution through phone and email communication.Negotiate and set up payment plans while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and regulations.Accurately document patient interactions, payment agreements, and issue resolutions.Address and route service-related concerns to appropriate departments for resolution.Deliver empathetic and professional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.Patient Financial Representative Qualifications :
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve both financial and service-related issues.Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve patient concerns efficiently.Experience in healthcare collections, billing, or customer service is preferred.Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, insurance claims, and medical terminology is preferred.Familiarity with HIPAA and FDCPA regulations is preferred.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
