Pipe Inspector Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift
Look for leaks, corrosion, and other problems
Make sure pipes meet regulations and standards
Working with hand tools
Pushing, pulling, lifting, packing, carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Knowledge of ASNT-TC-1A preferred
Performing visual inspections to detect faults, damage, corrosion, or leaks in pipelines.
Using equipment such as ultrasonic, X-ray, and magnetic flux systems to assist in pipeline assessment.
Pipe Inspector Qualifications :
Ability to work in a shop / industrial setting
Knowledge of pipe inspection tools
High school diploma or GED
Must be a level 1 or 2 pipe inspector
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
