Production Supervisor Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • 25.00 to $30.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06 : 30am to 05 : 00pm)
  • Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to customer's requirements.
  • Ensure all areas and personnel within your responsibility are always 100% OSHA compliant.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for production operations and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Oversee that yourself and every member of the production team is meeting his / her performance requirements and the safe personal behaviors are being utilized including use of required PPE.
  • Fully manage all route cards and communicate the information on the route card to the applicable member of the production team.

    • Production Supervisor Qualifications :

  • Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance to enter the job site.
  • Must have a flexible schedule
  • At least 2 years Production Supervisor experience.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
