Quality Control Manager Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 07 : 00pm)
Develop and implement quality control processes
Create and enforce policies and procedures for testing, inspecting, and evaluating products Ensure products meet standards.
Verify that products meet quality standards and are ready for sale or distribution Monitor production
Oversee production operations to ensure they meet standards Inspect products :
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify areas for improvement Write reports
Write reports on findings to communicate issues and recommend solutions
Train staff : Ensure staff are following quality standards and best practices
Quality Control Manager Qualifications :
5 years or more manager in Lab Setting1 year supervisor role.Proven experience in quality control managementIn-depth knowledge of quality control processes and standardsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesProficient in MS Office
