Quality Specialist Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 30am to 03 : 00pm)
The Quality Specialist assures Company standards are maintained by tracking and maintaining reporting mechanisms. Communicates information to Suppliers as well and Customers or internal end users.
Job Duties of Quality Specialist :
Analytical and Problem-solving skills to investigate problematic issues relating to incoming and outgoing product.
Communicate proficiently with internal and external customers.
Prepare and maintain supplier scorecards and Key Performance indicators including Scrap.
Return of non-conforming material (issue RMA’s using Company software)
Debits and Credits adjustments for Supplier chargebacks.
Work with internal departments for inventory adjustments and disposition.
Function as an information source to Manager and other departments,
Supplier and Customer contact.
Auditing of production processes on a regular or occasional basis.
Generate reports for Management review using Excel or Microsoft office products.
Quality Specialist Qualifications :
Job Qualifications of Quality Specialist :
Ability to communicate both verbally and effectively using Microsoft office products, by email and phone.
Ability to thoroughly evaluate problematic issues and respond quickly using good judgement and decision-making skills.
