Receiving Associate Details :
Temporary position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Receive incoming raw materials, packaging components, and other supplies.
Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and shipping documents.
Inspect received materials for damages, discrepancies, or defects.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure materials meet established quality standards.
Generate and maintain accurate records of received materials, including packing lists, certificates of analysis, and other relevant documentation.
Input data into the inventory management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments to resolve any receiving-related challenges.
Receiving Associate Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in receiving or similar roles, ideally in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling.
Forklift certification is strongly preferred.
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
