Receptionist / Data Entry Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
You will greet clients and visitors and route them to the appropriate office or personnel.
Part of your day will include scheduling appointments for clients and maintaining schedule of meetings at the center
You will answers multi line switchboard rapidly and directs call
You will receive medication requests
Data entry as needed
Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Receptionist / Data Entry Qualifications :
High School Diploma or
Two years experience in clerical and reception work.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
