Hiring Immediately - Service Advisor to assess vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates for customers in a timely manner.

Service Advisor Details :
Direct Hire position

Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Saturday Shift may apply
Service Advisor Qualifications :
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options, and timelines
Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processes
Manage the finding, ordering, inventory keeping, tracking, mirror matching and distribution of automotive parts in the body shop
Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards
Previous experience as a body shop estimator
Experience in an automotive parts role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members and vendors
Proficiency in estimating software and understanding of automotive repair processes
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
