Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
Skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate Springfield Injection Mold Machine. Ensure the consistent and efficient running of production on this machine. Responsible not just for operating the machine but quality control and troubleshooting as well.
Springfield Tech Qualifications :
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to heavy lift and stack
Ability to kneel, push, reach above shoulder, stand, walk
Lifting and carrying 15-50 pounds
Ability to use a variety of hand tools to include pneumatics, drills, peelers.
Ability to read / use measuring devices
Injection Mold / Mold Change experience a must
Mechanical aptitude a must
Structural Foam is a plus
Robotics is a plus
Previous Forklift Experience
