Staff Accountant Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Assist the CFO in carrying out day-to-day responsibility of the accounting and finance operations
Oversee and / or process billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts
Monitor and reconcile government grant budgets
Maintain strictest confidentiality
Maintain billings, grants, contracts, insurance and other organizational records
Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public
Staff Accountant Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and work experience with double-entry bookkeeping
Experience and / or training in federal “Single Audit” (formerly A-133) level audits
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicant may be subject to a background check
