Temporary Receptionist Details :

  • Temporary position
  • hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
  • Answer phones in the front office
  • Greet walk ins
  • Fax, scan, and file paperwork
  • Assist with sign in sheets
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Temporary Receptionist Qualifications :

  • Finger print card required
  • 2 years clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
