VP of Sales & Marketing Details :
- Direct Hire position
- 200, / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- The Vice President (VP) of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the President / CEO and play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s sales & marketing strategy.
- Will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams to drive growth, enhance all company brands, including brand presence, and expand into new markets.
- Proven track record in business development and leadership within the grocery, supermarket, and professional hospitality sectors, with a particular focus on the supermarket and food service industries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Lead the formulation of annual business plans and growth targets.
- Spearhead’s initiative to enter new markets and enhance competitive positioning.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior-level decision-makers, to support client retention and business growth.
- Drive the creation of innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget and monitor financial performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and forecasts.
