Welder and Fabricator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 00am to 02 : 30pm)
Welding : Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to join metal components accurately and securely.
Fabrication : Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and shaping techniques to meet design specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation : Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and welding.
Quality Assurance : Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive tests to verify the quality and integrity of welded joints and fabricated components.
Welder and Fabricator Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
Welding Skills : Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques, with the ability to pass welding qualification tests.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in welding and fabrication is preferred.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
