Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Care Manager will work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting PPS meetings to maintain accurate records and adherence to Medicare schedules.
- Preparing and maintaining the PPS board for monitoring of Medicare days and RUGs utilization.
- Remaining current with American Association of Nursing Assessment Coordinators (AANAC) requirements.
