The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and experience in providing medically related social services. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the provision of medically related social services.
- Supervising Social Workers and guiding facility staff in matters of residency advocacy, protection, and promotion of resident's rights.
- Completing admissions, social services evaluations, providing for social services or referrals, and maintaining communication with resident and families.
