Responsibilities
The Director of Social Services supervises the Social Workers, and guides facility staff in matters of residency advocacy, protection and promotion of resident's rights.
Interviews, hires and trains Social Workers.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Master's Degree preferred.
Current Social Work license from the state of MI
