Job Title: Program Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
Perform complex analytical tasks assessing operational relevance, system survivability, system effectiveness, and overall system performance in engagement and mission-level scenarios.
Develop performance models and algorithms, threat models, and command and control models for new and/or existing system simulation frameworks.
Administer, operate, and maintain a suite of commercial and military modeling and simulation systems, including BOSS, MLST3, WASP, ExCIS, and NGTS.
Implement ports, protocols, and policies associated with modeling and simulation, such as Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and/or High-Level Architecture (HLA), and connections to Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE).
Develop NGTS model plug-ins and I/O plug-ins using the NGTS Software Developer's Kit (SDK) to simulate war scenarios.
Administer both Windows and LINUX based systems.
Plan, install, modify, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and Virtual Networks at all levels of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model.
Provide input to test reports, ensuring all stated requirements and test objectives have been evaluated, and documented results adequately and accurately reflect collected data and analysis conducted during the event.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with M&S tools such as BOSS, NGTS, ExCIS, LEGS, TOES, ARMS, DFSTS, VTT, VSAT, WASP, and EXata Network Modeling and Emulator.
Hands-on experience with Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) Software Developer's Kit (SDK) and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Advanced C programming language expertise.
Active Secret clearance is required.
