Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure high availability and performance.
- Oversee server operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Manage database users, including setting up accounts, permissions, and roles.
- Handle reporting services, including the creation and management of reports.
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
- Ensure database security by implementing appropriate measures and monitoring for potential threats.
