Certification Requirements
The Elyria Medical Center requires the following certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support): Mandatory for all clinical positions.
- License/Certificate Verification: Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification must be completed within 30 days of start date. This verification will be updated upon expiration. Attestations are not accepted, and temporary licenses are not valid - only permanent licenses are acceptable.

This position is for a Night Shift on a Med/Surg floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current BLS certification at all times.
- Undergo License/Certificate Verification every 2 years with RN license renewal and upon expiration.
