Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager at Elysian Head Spa. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, communications, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is passionate about social media content creation, management, and seeing ideas through from concept to completion. In this position, you’ll have full entrepreneurial control to shape and execute the vision for our social media presence, driving engagement and growth across platforms. Elysian Head Spa is already operating at 60% utilization, and we plan to scale to multiple locations once our flagship concept is solidified. Location

While primarily located in Austin, TX, this role offers flexibility for some remote work. The candidate will be expected to have content days to create ongoing fresh takes for our followers.

Compensation

We offer salary at $60,000 annually, with final offers tailored to match your skills, experience, and the value you bring to our team. We are a startup and plan to evaluate pay raises annually.
