Salary: Starting at $120,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)

Elysian Resources is hiring an Aviation Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a dynamic aviation organization. What You'll Do:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage aviation processes, including scheduling, logistics, shipping, receiving, and maintenance, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to FAA regulations.
• Lead Teams: Supervise operational staff and administrative personnel, assign responsibilities, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain safety and compliance with aviation regulations (FAA, EASA) through audits and risk mitigation.
• Optimize Processes: Analyze workflows, implement improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
• Manage Resources: Allocate aircraft, equipment, and personnel to maximize effectiveness while managing budgets and operational costs.
• Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, maintenance, and other teams to align operational activities.
• Deliver Excellent Service: Address customer concerns and maintain high standards for departures, arrivals, and overall customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in aviation operations, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards, regulations (FAA/EASA), and operational processes.
• Proficiency in aviation management systems, operations software, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
