Our client, a leading consumer electronics company, is seeking a Director of Client services to join their In-Store Marketing Team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This strategic leader will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a high-performing client services team, foster collaboration across disciplines, and act as a trusted advisor to senior clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies. Provide strategic counsel and thought leadership to clients on digital marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development: Mentor, develop, and inspire the client services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Guide the team in developing creative solutions to both client and internal challenges.
Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the agency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery. Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze client service metrics, providing regular reports to management. Offer strategic partnerships at both project & team levels.
Financial Management: Partner with Operations and Finance to develop and manage client P&L, ensuring profitability and financial accountability. Experience in budget planning, execution, and management. Client Service Excellence: Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery. Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze client service metrics, providing regular reports to management. Offer strategic partnerships at both project & team levels.
Key Competencies:
Experience: 10 years of experience in D2C, B2B and digital marketing. Proven experience leading and managing client service teams in an agency environment. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including strong presentation abilities. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
