Business Process Re-engineering Specialist

Mclean/Falls Church, VA

This is an Onsite Position.

EM Key Solutions is seeking a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Specialist.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
  • Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
  • Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Monitor process performance continuously, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within business processes, business analysis, or a related area.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Desired Skills:

  • Highly collaborative personality with outstanding personal and team engagement skills.
  • An individual interested in pursuing a career in Business Analytics who is willing to learn how to research and analyze, document, and refine the project and business processes.
  • Experience serving as a business analyst or business process analyst may include providing business process analysis, schedule refinement, requirements decomposition, document/artifact creation and refinement, and quality assurance-related activities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Outstanding collaborator and team player focusing on delivering value to our customer.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to influence decision-making.
  • Self-managed junior professional who desires to positively impact their team and assume greater responsibilities with guidance and mentoring.
  • A strong focus on quality assurance.

Clearance:

The candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance or already have an active Secret or higher Clearance level. Selected candidates will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
