EMKS seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Analyst to join our team for a critical testing contract. This role will primarily focus on managing and supporting testing activities for a large-scale program, including requirements analysis, assessing risks, analyzing system criticalities, and providing recommendations to improve project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with the testing phases of complex projects to ensure compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing the execution of testing plans, analyzing test results, and ensuring that the testing process aligns with project objectives.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed analysis of the system's critical components and processes to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of high risk.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and translate these into clear, actionable test requirements and criteria.
• Develop and implement models for criticality analysis that help identify areas requiring special attention during testing.
• Define and prioritize test cases that ensure business requirements are accurately validated.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, quantify, and prioritize risks across testing processes.
• Analyze risks related to test strategies, testing infrastructure, and overall system performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure risks are effectively managed and mitigated during testing phases.
• Communicate and collaborate proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs, business systems, and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the testing team, ensuring risk factors are incorporated into test plans and testing procedures.
• Provide guidance on testing scenarios, ensuring the testing environment accurately simulates high-risk situations.
• Prepare and present risk analysis reports highlighting key findings, critical risks, and mitigation strategies to project stakeholders, including senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk assessment and management processes by analyzing past projects and lessons learned.
• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and methodologies for risk assessment and testing.
