Job Summary:
The Consulting Engineer in Training I is a key player in executing commissioning process tasks, providing crucial support to our Consulting Client Managers. This role demands a fundamental understanding of engineering principles and a strong ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive commissioning documentation, including Commissioning Plans, Pre-Functional Checklists (PFCs), Functional Testing (FxT) forms, Issues Logs, and Final Commissioning Reports.
- Participating in Commissioning project site visits and contributing to the creation of Site Observation Reports.
- Assisting in the functional testing of various systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Miscellaneous Special Systems.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues.
- Providing support in Retro-Commissioning projects, which include performing engineering and savings calculations.
- Drafting (CAD) may be required on occasion.
Education:
- Engineering degree required.
- Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering test required.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer preferred.
