  • The VP of Professional Services will lead and manage the implementation of the Emagia Autonomous Finance Platform for large global enterprises, ensuring seamless integration with leading ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and others. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financials, accounts receivable (AR), and other related modules, along with deep knowledge of ERP systems and autonomous finance technology.
  • The VP will oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale implementations that drive business value for clients.
  • Lead the Professional Services team, ensuring high-quality implementation of Emagia’s autonomous finance platform across global enterprises.
  • Develop and execute service delivery strategies that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in pre-sales discussions, providing expertise on technical implementation, resource planning, and project timelines.
  • Oversee the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for global clients.
  • Ensure successful integration of Emagia with leading ERP systems, including Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate challenges related to AR automation, financials, and digital transformation.
  • Lead a global team of implementation consultants, project managers, and technical specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver successful implementations.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, optimizing team capacity and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance implementation processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and ERP updates to ensure the company’s solutions remain competitive and cutting-edge.
  • 10 years of experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles, with a focus on implementing financial software solutions.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, especially Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and similar systems.
  • - Strong knowledge of financial modules (e.g., receivables, payables, general ledger) and Order-to-Cash automation.
  • Deep understanding of autonomous finance platforms, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation initiatives in financial services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel globally to client sites as needed.
  • Experience in global financial operations, particularly within large enterprises with complex, multinational environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration tools.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or other project management certifications a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
