REQUIREMENTS
eMaids is seeking passionate professionals who take pride in their work, love to clean, and excel in customer service.
Qualified candidates must:
- Be bilingual in Spanish and English: Strong Spanish-speaking skills are required; basic English reading and writing skills are needed (fluency not required).
- Have relevant experience: At least 6 months of of supervisory experience.
- Have Relevant experience: At least 3 years of professional cleaning experience
- Cleaning: You will be required to provide cleanings to VIP Accounts
- Be team-oriented: Have a great personality and work well with others.
- Have a strong work ethic: Be reliable and motivated.
- Bring leadership skills: Ability to train, coach, and motivate a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Maid Supervisor, you’ll take on a leadership role to ensure our cleaning teams maintain eMaids’ high standards. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing larger cleaning jobs.
- Performing weekly cleaning inspections.
- Addressing customer complaints and ensuring resolution.
- Training and coaching maids on cleaning standards and procedures.
- Providing onsite estimates for potential clients.
- Supporting the Brooklyn office when needed.
