About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cleaner to join our residential and commercial cleaning crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in a variety of settings, including homes, offices, and commercial spaces. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing tasks in residential and commercial spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of all rooms and common areas.

· Supplies Management: Manage and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and stocked appropriately.

· Customized Cleaning: Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by clients or supervisors to meet individual client needs.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all cleaning tasks meet the company's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

· Schedule Adherence: Work according to a predetermined schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks without compromising on quality.

· Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, respecting their privacy and property.

· Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to supervisors on any issues encountered during cleaning tasks and report any damages or repairs needed in client spaces.

· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, using cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

· Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and comprehensive cleaning services.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience in residential and/or commercial settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to speak some English.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Ability to pass a background, DMV, and drug screen prior to employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
