Our passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our superior level of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Team Member you will be acting as the first line of consumer contact. The Customer Service Team Member will communicate openly, with an enthusiastic and engaging tone and focus on finding the best solution for each individual customer.
We equip our Customer Service Team Members with the details necessary to provide compelling service through entry-level training. Building your understanding of industries, consumer needs and wants, communication, and the donation process will assist in your ability to succeed as a Customer Service Team Member. In addition to building customer service and sales knowledge, we are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic about working with others, helping the community, developing connections, and continuously learning.
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the mission of our charity partner in order to communicate this mission effectively to members of the community
- Build relationships and educate community members on our charity partner through presentations in order to drive fundraising efforts
- Follow all client guidelines when accepting donations and ensure each donation is properly recorded
- Train with members of the management team and other Customer Service Team Members by attending meetings about client operations, consumer experience, donation metrics, business practices, and industry trends
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
Customer Service Team Member Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working in customer service, retail, non-profit, charity, donations, fundraising, hospitality, or other people-facing positions
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate effectively with members of the community and members of our team as well
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow within our organization is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
