What You'll Do
As a Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth and empower sales teams in the LATAM region. Your key responsibilities include:
Setting and monitoring sales targets to align with company goals.
Collaborating with Account Executives to build pipelines and grow revenue.
Leading the adoption of Emarsys’ sales methodologies and best practices.
Using Salesforce to track progress, deliver training, and provide insights.
Delivering accurate forecasts and staying ahead of market trends.
Coaching Account Executives on strategies to secure large deals.
Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales teams.
What You Bring
Proven SaaS sales experience within a complex international organisation, managing internal and external stakeholders.
3+ years in leadership roles and ideally within a similar tech stack.
Successful track record in B2B selling and managing multiple teams.
Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Salesforce and opportunity management systems.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Deep knowledge of the LATAM market and its unique dynamics.
