Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the consolidation of data from multiple source systems into a single dataset for Anaplan implementation.

This role involves data extraction, organization, cross-referencing, and validation.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, along with the ability to quickly learn domain knowledge and manage confidential data with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Fortress team and implementation consultants to consolidate and migrate data.
• Extract and organize data from legacy spreadsheets and Decusoft into Anaplan.
• Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the FIG team.
• Work iteratively to refine data structures and improve migration processes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive compensation data.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure data integrity.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and SQL.
• Ability to learn quickly and build domain knowledge in a short timeframe.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage an iterative data migration process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism when handling confidential compensation data.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial services compensation or asset management.
• Experience working with Anaplan or similar financial planning tools.
