- Oversee all finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Develop financial forecasting and modeling to assist in strategic planning.
- Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a productive work environment.
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.
- Assess financial risks and implement appropriate strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting accounting and finance.
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proven experience in tax compliance and management.
- Familiarity with auditing processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
